Therapeutic hot yoga, Bikram style. 26 Postures. 2 Breathing exercises. 105 degrees. 90 minutes. Yoga newbies encouraged.
Same therapeutic hot practice as the classic, less time. Equally challenging. 105 degrees. 60 minutes. Yoga newbies allowed, however, the classic 90 minute class is recommended for your first class.
The same as our other hot 60 minute class, drop-ins for these classes drop-ins are by donation. Any amount is welcome. Donations are not expected from current package holders.
A flow practice. Different every time. 95 degrees. 60 minutes. Yoga newbies encouraged.
Gentle, restorative yoga: Long holds. Deep stretching. Props. Unheated. 60 minutes. Yoga newbies encouraged.
Intermediate and advanced postures: Arm balances. Backbends. Inversions. A strong, pre-existing practice is encouraged. Have fun; no extra special bendy-powers required. Not recommended for yoga newbies.
A fun high-energy class that builds stamina & strength. Full body conditioning & intense cardio intervals, develop strength & flexibility. All levels welcome. Please sign up online.
