Same therapeutic hot practice as the classic, less time. Equally challenging. 105 degrees. 60 minutes. Yoga newbies allowed, however, the classic 90 minute class is recommended for your first class.
Community Quickie

The same as our other hot 60 minute class, drop-ins for these classes drop-ins are by donation. Any amount is welcome. Donations are not expected from current package holders.
Hot Vinyasa
Hot Vinyasa
A flow practice. Different every time. 95 degrees. 60 minutes. Yoga newbies encouraged.
Ambient Hot Classic
Ambient Hot Classic
Ambient Music. Hot Classic Class. Minimal instruction. 26 postures. 2 Breathing exercises. Not recommended for yoga newbies.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga
Gentle, restorative yoga: Long holds. Deep stretching. Props. Unheated. 60 minutes. Yoga newbies encouraged.
Level Up
Level Up
Intermediate and advanced postures: Arm balances. Backbends. Inversions. A strong, pre-existing practice is encouraged. Have fun; no extra special bendy-powers required. Not recommended for yoga newbies.
Tai Chi
Tai Chi
Calm your emotions, focus your mind, & strengthen your immune system. Promote relaxation & balance. Tai Chi I and II offered. Please sign up online.

Our studio is open half an hour before and after each class. The front doors are locked when classes begin, so please plan accordingly as we cannot accommodate late arrivals. For our sanity and yours, please arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts, more if you are new or need to purchase anything.
