This Saturday we’ll be running through all 84 classic asanas within the Ghosh lineage (where Bikram yoga originates!) It includes all the postures on the poster in the hallway of the studio - but don’t be intimidated! No need to be at any particular level to join, as long as you’re able to stay conscious of your body and what it’s telling you. The practice is challenging and you probably will not be able to do all 84 postures to their final expression, but the doing is in the trying, so come flop around with us anyway. The room will be heated just enough and it’ll be more relaxed than a regular class - you’re allowed to laugh, play, and ask questions. We’re done with our challenge and we’re super impressed with everyone who participated! We know that it’s not always easy to make space in your schedule, and life always happens, so don’t beat yourself up if you weren’t able to make your goal each week. There are also lots of other ways to challenge yourself within your practice, so don’t just focus on the numbers, and always look for ways to continuously push yourself to be better. Here are a few ideas to continue challenging yourself - see if anything resonates with you!
