About Lauren
Lauren holds several different certifications for teaching yoga. She studied Hot Yoga in L.A. in 2012, Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore, India 2014, and Hatha Yoga in Mysore, India 2015. She is an amazing yogi and inspiring teacher. Lauren has been traveling and teaching internationally, sharing her yogic knowledge in what she believes is “contributing to the revolution of higher consciousness: THE YOGA ARMY.”
