Nikki first started practicing yoga when she was 19, at Bikram Yoga Philadelphia. She developed a regular practice quickly as the yoga vibed perfectly with her lifestyle, preferences, and needs. She felt the call to become a teacher almost immediately, and six years later she attended teacher training with a deep appreciation of the opportunity to spread the Self-union and healing of yoga with others. Nikki moved to New Zealand to start teaching full time, then spent three years traveling, teaching, and learning from the global yoga community. She channels wisdom from others and teaches from a place of conscious intention with an alignment-and breath-focused style.
