Planning for your class:
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class so that we can honor your reservation. Arriving after that time may mean that your spot has been given to a yogi who is already present.
If you arrive after class has begun the door will be locked and you will not be able to attend. We hate it when this happens and we know you do too, so please plan accordingly.
Our new No-Show and Late Cancelation policy goes into effect on Sept. 4th 2023. You can cancel your class reservation on MindBody up to 1 hour before class. If you cancel after that or do not come to class, you are subject to our cancelation fee of $8.
Mat and towel rentals are available and our showers, props and filtered water fountain are available for use.

Our Yoga Classes
Hot Classic
Therapeutic hot yoga, Bikram style with 90min and 75 min classes offered. 26 Postures. 2 Breathing exercises. 105 degrees. Yoga newbies encouraged.
Hot Quickie
Same therapeutic hot practice as the classic, less time. Equally challenging. 105 degrees. 60 minutes. Yoga newbies; classic 90 minute class is recommended for your first class.
Community Quickie/Classic
The same as our other hot 26 classes, drop-ins are $8.
Hot Vinyasa
A flow practice. Different every time. 100 degrees. 60 minutes. Everyone encouraged to attend.
Ambient Hot Classic
Ambient Music. Hot Classic Class. Minimal instruction. 26 postures. 2 Breathing exercises. Not recommended for yoga newbies.
Yin Yoga
Gentle, restorative yoga: Long holds. Deep stretching. Props. Unheated. 60 minutes. Everyone encouraged to attend.
Lila Flow
Workshop style flow with a focus on arm balances, backbends & inversions. Not recommended for brand new yogis, but all levels welcome, no extra special bendy-powers required.
